Announcing our 2015 master butchers!

We are really chuffed to have our porky heroes Matt and Grant from The Fruit Pig Company joining us for the daytime festival and throughout the evening. These guys really share our values as they are an East Anglian-based, bespoke butchery company producing joints and charcuterie from traditional, rare breed meats for restaurants, delis and pubs. Each Fruit Pig animal is supplied by them or sourced from their circle of rare breed smallholders and farms. All animals are nurtured in low intensive, free-range conditions on open fields. They also supply chilled, next day, home deliveries to their customers through their website.

Our master butchers will be frying up a big porky breakfast, serving tasty bacon baps throughout the day, selling lots of their wonderful products, sharing their butchery tips, doing some cookery demonstrations and running our butchery masterclasses – we are certainly getting our pound of pork from them this year!
